How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation via the confirmation link sent to your email or WhatsApp, or by contacting our WhatsApp customer service directly. We provide a 100% refund guarantee for cancellations.

How do I book an airport transfer?

You can easily book your airport transfers through Istanbul Shuttle Port. Simply fill out the reservation form completely to create your booking. Your VIP transfer vehicle details and reservation confirmation will be sent via email.

What information do I need to share when booking a transfer?

The airport transfer booking form requires your name, surname, phone number, email address, and flight number. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct. You must provide your flight number so that your transfer vehicle can meet you on time.

Will my transfer be cancelled if my flight is delayed?

When you provide your flight number, we track any delays and update your transfer according to your landing time. We wait for you up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. If we cannot contact you or you do not arrive at the meeting point, your VIP transfer will be automatically cancelled.

How long will the transfer vehicle wait for me?

If you have not provided your flight number and we cannot reach you via the contact details provided (email or phone), your transfer will be automatically cancelled 30 minutes after the reservation time.

How will I find my driver at the airport meeting point?

Driver details will be sent to your phone as a message. If you have not received a message or are having trouble finding us at the meeting point, please do not hesitate to call us.

Are child seats available in transfer vehicles?

If you request a child seat during your transfer reservation, a child seat will be added to the vehicle.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, for all airport transfers and VIP transfers, you can pay either by credit card or in cash inside the vehicle.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

A reservation confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone and email address after booking. Please check the accuracy of your SMS and email information. Additionally, a confirmation and trip details reminder message will be sent to your WhatsApp number 24 hours before the trip.

How do I meet the vehicle at my address or a different location outside the airport?

A vehicle will be waiting ready in front of the address you booked. The color and license plate of the vehicle waiting for you will be notified to you via Mail, SMS, and WhatsApp.
